Our apartment is suitable for a maximum of four people plus possibly a child up to three years old (baby bed and high chair available on request) and has a beautifully furnished living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large terrace. The terrace extends over the entire width of the apartment and is equipped with garden furniture. It has a view of the golf course and the sea. The two bedrooms, one with two single beds (190x90), the second with a double bed (200x150), are spacious and have sufficient storage options. The apartment is located in Almerimar, the largest marina in southern Spain with no fewer than 1100 berths. It is a luxurious and attractive tourist resort with a wide choice of apartments and restaurants.
In addition, it has a 27-hole golf course, where deciduous trees provide shelter. The greens are wide, play quickly and surrounded by large bunkers and various water surfaces, which gives the game an extra dimension. In winter you can see the snow-capped mountain peaks of Sierra Nevada from the track. This ski resort is an hour and a half drive away, as is the tourist attraction Granada.
Almerimar has a lot to offer for the active tourist. In addition to golf, hiking, cycling, various water sports, diving, snorkeling and equestrian sports are also possible.
Almerimar is located at the foot of the La Alpujarra mountain range. Here you will find authentic mountain villages, where time still stands still. On the coast east of the city of Almería is the Cabo de Gata/Níjar national park with the fantastic beaches Los Genoveses and Playa Monsul.
There are plenty of excursion options. We are happy to provide you with all the information. We know all the ins and outs of the provinces of Almería and Granada. We are happy to advise you on possible excursions. If necessary, we will guide you in the event of a doctor's visit or other emergencies
